CORRESPONDENCES

The support service for people in mourning through correspondence with mail / postal letters was born in 1998 in the Maria Bianchi Association: unique in Italy and probably in the world, after a two-year trial phase, it is now structured and managed on an ongoing basis .
Hundreds of men and women in these years have chosen epistolary communication as a way of contact and help. Twenty years of experience alongside mourners has allowed us to identify specific tools, dynamics, criteria and steps, which have now materialized into a real aid methodology since 2005 protected by SIAE.
A service that has turned out to be a unique place and occasion to create, letter by letter, a connection that is certainly not virtual, an approach of worlds where there are no saving solutions, behavioral decalogues, ethical axioms. Making the grief of others pain resonate, transmitted and shared with written words, can open a way and encourage, in those who are grieving, an attempt at reconciliation with themselves, life, the lost person forever. Together we create and share a space where existential change can become conceivable.

The methods for accessing the service are very simple: it is sufficient to send a letter to start a private, individual, free and continuous correspondence with an operator qualified to the Service of the Maria Bianchi Association. Responses are assured within a short time.
Letters can be sent:
by e-mail at: correspondenze@mariabianchi.it
by ordinary mail to: Maria Bianchi Association, Via Stradella 10, San Giorgio Bigarello (MN).
